Breaking News with Maggie: Our...101st Post

This is Maggie Wilson with a rather embarrassing announcement.  It seems that we missed our 100th post.  I mean, we didn't really "miss" it.  Our 100th post was the last one posted, where Emma (the favored one) shared her account of Mama's slumber party (sorry Emma, it was too easy!). ;)  Honestly, I have no hard feelings about not being chosen to go to Mama's party.  Not all of Mama's friends know that we're alive, so to avoid creeping some of them out, Emma had to spend most of her time standing stalk still on Mimi's kitchen counter.  Fun times.

Anyway, back to the issue at hand.  While this is extremely embarrassing to admit, Tess and I have absolutely nothing special planned.  We've been so busy with other things, and our blogging has slowed down a bit since Mama's computer problems (yes, the big desktop compy is still down), so we haven't really been thinking about it.  Tess is absolutely mortified, being the perfectionist she is.  She begged me to do this post, which is probably good, because half of the post would be Tess apologizing over and over again. ;)

So, we've made an executive decision.  We'll do a special post for our 105th post!! :)  We're going to brainstorm on the details over the next few days so that we have something spectacular for you.  Well, maybe not really spectacular.  I don't want to get your hopes up too high. :}

In the meantime, thank you so much to all of our wonderful followers and readers.  We've enjoyed getting to know you through this blogging adventure.  We love getting your comments and feedback, and we love seeing our page views continue to go up. :D  You've made these 101 posts an absolute blast. :)

Oh, before I forget, there's another mortified member of our blogging team.  Belle wanted me to express her apologies once again for leaving everyone hanging so badly on her Belle's Bulletins posts.  The pics for her next post are still stuck in the desktop (Papa is supposed to be working on retrieving them soon), and she can't move on with the story until the post that's waiting is published.  Not like anyone really cares, but I'm just delivering the message.

Okay, so until our special 105th post, this is Maggie Wilson, signing off. :)

Well, congrats on your 101th post! :) The 100 post was good enough to be a celebration post though!

Hurry, Belle, hurry! I'm on the edge of my seat to find out what's next!!! :D Yes, Maggie, some people find the story of her vinyl life fascinating.

Thanks for commenting, gals. :)

Hunter, we hope to make our 105th post something extra special. ;)

Mary, it continues to astound me that people are actually interested in Belle's romantic escapades, but followers like you continue to remind me that it's true. I guess whatever floats your boat, eh?

I'll be sure to pass your message along to Belle...if I can get her to stop hyperventilating about her missing pics. ;)

Hi Maggie! This is my second yime to comment but I wanted to ask you how you got your pageviews to be shown towards the bottom? Thanks

Hi Hunter. :) Um, I don't really know what to tell you. When we did our page views, we went to our design page and I'm pretty sure that the page views were part of the "add a gadget" options. It's been so long, though, I'm not positive it wasn't already on there. I just checked our design page and couldn't find them with the other gadgets.

Are you just wanting to know how to move the page views to the bottom of your blog, or are you trying to figure out how to add page views? If you just want to move them, you can click and drag them to the bottom of your blog on the "Design" page. If you don't have page views, you might have to search Blogger Help, since page views seem to have disappeared from the gadget options. :{

I was trying to figure out how to get it on there not move it.

It's okay. It wasn't anything that I had to have anyway. :)

I got a doll a couple days ago from Costco. She looks a lot you, Maggie I'm currently doing a review post on her right now. I better get back to that!

Hey, cool! The more Maggies in the world, the better, right? ;)

Sorry about the page view thing. I'll see if I can figure out what's going on with that.

Maggie

Yikes, I forgot to sign my other comment. That was from me, too, although I think you guessed it. :)

Okay, Hunter, I figured it out! I forgot, when you go to your "Design" page and click on "Add a Gadget", it's the third or fourth gadget down, and it's called "Blogger Stats". It was throwing me off because it wasn't called "Page views". Click on Blogger stats, and you can just add it like any other gadget. :)

Sheesh, now I feel silly. :}

Hey, Emma, try introducing Najhi to Bollywood. Betcha she'll be hooked! She looks like a Bollywood kind of gal, sort of. :)

beast'sbelle said...

Mary, please don't encourage her! Just what we need...more Bollywood fans! What happened to the movies where people don't break into random song and dance numbers?
